in One, Two-Day Session!

June 5-6, 2018

There is high demand for ScrumMaster Certification now-a-days. Scrum and Agile are hot topics in management and project management circles. Flow is Agile at the executive level but also delivers high performance for teams and at the individual level. Organizations that have implemented Flow have increased performance by as much as 400%. The PMI-ACP® due to its more rigorous requirements and the Agile additions to the PMBOK® Guide - 6th Edition will be discussed because Agile is hot in the job market right now and the PMI-ACP® will become the designation of choice for Agile in the next few years.

This training will equip the participants to take the exams and become certified in all three designations (Flow Certification is immediate without an exam needed.

WHAT: Certification Session – Including Scrum. This seminar will show attendees what is needed to pass the Scrum and PMI-ACP® Certification Exams on the first try. The Flow Certified Professional training shows how to move people and organizations toward high performance.  The session will also enable participants to learn how to become more effective Scrum Masters, managers & leaders.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? People who desire to become certified and also employees responsible for project outcomes or people with an interest in improving their project management skills and knowledge.

Number of PDUs: Every attendee will receive a certificate for 21 PDUs for the PMI-ACP This includes 7 self-study hours. (This qualifies as the 21 Education hours needed before you can sit for the PMI-ACP Exam).

About the Instructor
