Flow: Get Everyone Moving in the Right Direction...and Loving It

 

Overview
Flow is an enterprise Agile model that helps individuals, teams and organizations:

• Create and sustain a culture of high-performance Flow
• Doubling productivity is a common outcome
• Seasoned Agile teams typically see a 30 to 50% increase in productivity with Flow

Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to double or triple their own productivity. Anyone who wishes to understand the underlying principles and practices that cause any person, team or organization to move into a state of high-performance using Flow.

Speaker
Ted Kallman, FCT, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, CSPO
. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, Ted Kallman helps organizations in the common-sense adoption of lean-agile Flow to increase project and organization effectiveness and value.  Ted is co-author of the national #1 Best Selling and Best Rated book “The Nehemiah Effect: Ancient Wisdom from the World’s First Agile Projects” and “Flow: Getting Everyone Moving in the Same Direction … and Loving It” released in April of 2018.  He also co-authored a book with Jeff Tobe “Coloring Outside the Lines” that is focused on Project Managers.  This book was given as a gift by PMI to all participants at PMIs Leadership Institute Meeting 2015.  

Ted is the founder of Agile West MI and currently serves WMPMI as President. As a well-known Keynote speaker he has presented to over 350,000 people over the past 30 years. Ted has worked as a CEO, COO, CMO, and PMO in Europe and the US.  His projects have included; Mfg, Telecom, Software Dev, Marketing, CRM, and PMO creation with companies like Whirlpool, ZF/TRW, GM, OnStar, Steelcase and Ericsson.

REGISTRATION NOTE: Online registration will close at noon on the day prior to the meeting. Please register in advance to secure your seat.

There is a "speaker only" option for those interested in the speaker presentation (dinner not included). Please arrive by 6:30 pm for announcements. 

Dinner Options will be available at the venue. All dinner entrees include a house salad, rolls, and a non-alcoholic beverage (coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade or soft drinks).
