The Project Manager’s Roles in an Agile SAFe Environment

Speaker: Tom Powers, (certified Safe instructor)

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is becoming popular with large companies who want to Scale Agile.  SAFe does introduce quite a few new roles not commonly found in traditional Scrum or Waterfall projects.  Unfortunately, Project Manager is not a 'named role'.  However, there are plenty of roles that need the skills of a PMP.  Tom will provide a high level overview of SAFe and describe how PMP's can thrive in the SAFe environment.
