Informal Leadership & Influence

Speaker
Samantha Baruah, BA, MBA, PMP

Often Project Managers have team members from various departments within an organization and have no formal authority. How can we grow our informal leadership and influence to move our projects through the pipeline to successful completion? In this presentation we will discuss what informal leadership is, how it impacts our projects and why it is important for career growth.

Presentation will be followed by discussion session.
