PDU Information
PDU Reporting Steps:
- Please follow the following steps to report your PDU’s for any of the PROGRAMS from the Michigan Capital Area Chapter.
- Login using your ID, Certification # and Password at http://www.occe.ou.edu/aia/pmi/PDUlogin.php3
- Select the radio button for “PMI PDU Self Report Form”
- Select “Category 4"
- Insert the program information to claim the 2 PDUs. PMI-MCAC is the provider Activity Reporting Form”.
- Fill in your Email and Phone Number
- Type in the Chapter Program Topic from the registration flyer that was sent to you by the VP Communications through the email listserv.
- Enter PDU => 1.0 / 2.0
- Under Process Areas: Select All
- Under Knowledge Areas: Select All
- Under Industry: Select - Healthcare, Information Technology, Government (Additional optional selections)
- In the Provider Information give the following details:

Attn: President
PO Box 19075
Lansing, Michigan 48901-9075
Phone: 517-477-0020 www.pmi-mcac.org - Make sure you CHECK the “I Agree” checkbox at the bottom of the form.
- Click on “Continue”
- A New Page will come up. Verify all your information is correct.
- If the information is correct, print the page for your records before finalizing your submission.
- Click the “Finalize Submission” button.
