PDU Information

PDU Reporting Steps:

  1. Please follow the following steps to report your PDU’s for any of the PROGRAMS from the Michigan Capital Area Chapter.
  2. Login using your ID, Certification # and Password at http://www.occe.ou.edu/aia/pmi/PDUlogin.php3
  3. Select the radio button for “PMI PDU Self Report Form”
  4. Select “Category 4"
  5. Insert the program information to claim the 2 PDUs.  PMI-MCAC is the provider Activity Reporting Form”.
    1. Fill in your Email and Phone Number
    2. Type in the Chapter Program Topic from the registration flyer that was sent to you by the VP Communications through the email listserv.
    3. Enter PDU => 1.0 / 2.0
    4. Under Process Areas:  Select All
    5. Under Knowledge Areas:  Select All
    6. Under Industry:  Select - Healthcare, Information Technology, Government (Additional optional selections)
    7. In the Provider Information give the following details:

      Michigan Capital Area Chapter,
      Attn: President
      PO Box 19075
      Lansing, Michigan 48901-9075
      Phone: 517-477-0020                                                          www.pmi-mcac.org

    8. Make sure you CHECK the “I Agree” checkbox at the bottom of the form.
    9. Click on “Continue”
    10. A New Page will come up. Verify all your information is correct.
    11. If the information is correct, print the page for your records before finalizing your submission.
    12. Click the “Finalize Submission” button.
