Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WITH A $5 MINIMUM FEE. Cancellations MUST be received no later than 5:00 pm on the day prior to the meeting. ** Refunds are not available after the cancellation date and time. Attendee substitutions will be gladly accepted. Please contact admin@pmi-mcac.org for additional information or to submit a cancellation/substitution. **Event-specific cancellation policies for events such as Lunch and Learn, workshops and PDD supersede these general cancellation policy terms. Please refer to the event page for cancellation terms and conditions.
